Alzheimer's Assocation Dementia Caregiver Support Group

Meeting on February 4 at 1 p.m. The support group will be in the Annex.

Volunteer Opportunities:

​

Backpack Food Packing:  March 11 and March  25 at 12:30 in Rome

 

Chattooga Resource Center (CRC): Volunteers are needed especially on  Wednesdays in March from 11am til 2pm.  Drop by to help for any amount of time that you have available.

 

Rome-Floyd Community Kitchen: Volunteers are needed on March 20th from 9 a.m. until noon. Contact Cheryl Farrar for more information

Men’s Club:

 

March 1: All Men are invited to meet at Jim’s at 8:00 a.m. for breakfast and fellowship. Plan to attend and bring a friend.

 

Friendship Circle:

 

March 24: The Friendship Circle will meet at 11:00 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Lunch will be provided. Members will work on “Hearts of Love” project for families dealing with end-of-life care.

 

Remember that 2025 dues are $30. Please pay Susan McGinnis, if you have not already done so.

The Second Annual Joan Jarrett Shopping Trip Ladies who would like to go Goodwill Shopping should meet at the church on March 18th at 8:30 a.m. We will leave at 8:45 and return around 5 p.m.
